Welcome to the new Mommy’s Me Time! Over the past month I’ve been working with the talented Julie at Deluxe Designs to create this simplified and beautiful new look. I’ve also worked on streamlining the site to make the menus more user friendly so you can easily find the posts that are of interest to you. My hope is that when you’re busy and in the thick of motherhood, encouragement will only be a few clicks away when you need it the most.
As a way to celebrate the launch and future of Mommy’s Me Time and to thank all of you I’m hosting a giveaway this week! I’ve been so grateful for your love and support over the past few months, and all the growth that’s been happening to my little blog. A special community has been formed here, and I’m encouraged and inspired every day to know that I’m walking through the journey of motherhood with you. We’re in this beautiful role together and I’m humbled to have this space and the chance to know you and hear from you.
This week I’ll be giving away a $100 Lululemon gift card to one lucky Mommy’s Me Time reader!
When given the chance to splurge, Lululemon is where I go to spoil myself. If you’re not familiar, their stores are filled with the most comfortable yoga clothes and running gear. I must emphasize the word COMFORTABLE. Instead of spending much money on maternity clothes this time around, I invested in a few Lulu bottoms because I knew I’d be able to keep wearing them long after the baby comes.
There IS one MAJOR prerequisite. You must be a mom or a mom-to-be to enter!
The giveaway is open through the end of the day Friday, August 22nd and the winner will be announced on Saturday, August 23rd, 2014.

I would love to hear and see little tricks you have learned to make it easier getting out of the house with all of your little ones. Also things you do in the winter with the kids. Amber!! I love the new look, I bet it feels good. It’s like a new hair cut, or a new shirt…we’re girls, we all love something a little new. A new shirt ALWAYS makes me smile. As mommies, we know often times we aren’t granted things new…we’re buying school clothes for kids or new shoes for the husband…but often times we sacrifice what we need for the needs of others. As a child, I remember my mom wearing the same “old” clothes over and over again…now I know, that sometimes there just isn’t the funds for something new or the energy to shop for it. This is why your giveaway is touching, is needed and just simply the kindest and thought fullest thing you could do for us mommies. I agree with many of these post, you’re post are such an encouragement. I’ve sorta become addicted to your blog since I found it about a month ago, seriously check to see if there are new host, ALL. THE. TIME!! There is obviously a need for encouragement in the mommy department. I’d like to see you’re advice to interaction with in-laws, discipline your kiddos, more on loving you’re husband and then lastly, what you’re learning from God’s word.

I love the baby led feeding and sleeping routine…both my girls fall asleep well on their own..they were in their cribs by 4weeks…i just kept a monitor on…I am a cry it out momma…of course i check on them often.l..but i believe it takes a few nights of crying & they learn quickly to sooth themselves to sleep. its worked well….the 18 month sleep regression has thrown me for a loop tho…

I loved your fb post the other night about being up with your kids wondering where we will find the energy to get through the day. I was up feeding my 5 week old wondering where the energy would come from to also keep up with my 3 year old. You are right it just comes and through lots of prayer we are taken care of.
