June 5th Boot Camp Details! (With An Introduction To The Ketogenic Diet)

This bootcamp runs from June 5th- July 2nd with the option to do a 3 day cleanse before we get started (June 2 – 4)! It will be a boot camp where you’ll be working out, getting nutrition that your body will be ENERGIZED by, and in community with other women who are doing the same thing you are! Starting on May 28th, a week before the boot camp starts, I will be sharing a series of trainings about the ketogenic diet (high fat, moderate protein, low carb). You will learn what the keto diet is, will receive a formula to help you figure out how much and what types of foods you should eat, and you’ll be supplied with a meal plan to help you smoothly implement this lifestyle!
You are not required to be on a ketogenic diet during this boot camp, it’s simply an option for those who want to try it! I personally have had lots of success with it and find it incredibly easy to maintain because I don’t feel a bit deprived!
In addition to becoming physically healthy, we’ll be learning how to build a positive mindset, and how to overcome the giants in our lives. We all have them, things that hold us back from living life to the fullest, but it doesn’t have to be that way! As you become become emotionally and spiritually strong, it will help you in your healthy living journey as well! It’s truly beautiful how it’s all tied together.

Oftentimes, the biggest piece that holds people back from reaching their health and fitness goals is a lack of accountability. As your coach, it will be an honor to create a safe place for you to be held accountable. If you fully commit to this, I am confident that you will leave this boot camp in the best shape of your life.

H O W  I T  W I L L  W O R K

As soon as you sign up, I will place you in a Facebook group with other ladies who have similar goals as you. You will also have exclusive access to a private app where you will track your progress, and log your workouts and nutrition so I can hold you accountable! After you sign up I’ll plug you into the group where I’ll teach you how to prepare and set yourself up for success! Just before the challenge starts, I’ll ask you to take before pictures and measurements in your swimsuit (if you’re comfortable). Even though taking those pictures isn’t always fun, you will be so glad you took them later when you can see the AMAZING progress you’ve made!

3 Days before the boot camp starts, I’m offering the option to join me in a 3 Day Cleanse.

I’ll also be asking you to check in and let me know that you finished your workout each day.

At the end, I’ll ask you to take after pictures and it will be such a FUN day to celebrate your progress! After that, you are welcome to join me for as many rounds as you’d like to continue on in your journey!

T H E  T O O L S  W E ‘ L L  U S E

For this boot camp, you’ll be using choosing Beachbody fitness workouts that you’re most excited about! After you purchase your Beachbody On Demand, you’ll want to log in, and go to the top of the screen (pictured here) to find the right program for you based on your fitness level and what you’re interested in!

I started with the 21 Day Fix and I highly recommend it for starting out with Beachbody programs! If you would consider yourself someone who needs an intermediate or advanced level workout, you might want to consider the 21 Day Fix EXTREME. Other programs I love are 22 Minute Hard Corps and Insanity Max 30! The key is to find a program you look forward to and excited about so that you ACTUALLY do it! Let me tell you a little bit about how I discovered the 21 Day Fix. I was at a point post baby #4 when my maternity clothes were too big, but I still wasn’t fitting into my pre baby clothes comfortably. I didn’t feel my best and it was affecting my mood toward my husband and kids. I spent most of my days wearing yoga pants and baggy sweatshirts to try to hide my problem areas. We had also been so busy with the kids that we weren’t prioritizing nutrition. We’d order in take-out several times a week and our diet was pretty heavy in carbs. We were operating in survival mode, and I was sick of it. I reached a low one day when I realized that I had to make a lifestyle change.
